# Round 6 disposition

Input: revision 12, SHA-256 `31db9eeb87ef97256f9465c00088f0738c29be8c50c72cf50478c482c1be8463`.
Reviewers: `kimi-code/k3-256k`, `claude-code/claude-opus-5-5`, and `zai/glm-5.3`.

Opus and K3 returned nonempty reports with exit 0. GLM's first run returned an empty report with exit 0; this is not a successful review. The same-model structured retry also returned no final report, with stopReason length. Its output limit was consumed before a final response. Neither GLM attempt counts as an assessment.

## Corrections in revision 13

| Finding | Disposition |
| --- | --- |
| Opus 1, high: root-code update placement | Accepted. Section 3 forbids same-user writes to root code, registrations, containing directories, and staging. Section 17 requires protected placement or proven equivalent platform enforcement, with explicit attack tests. |
| Opus 2 / K3 1, medium: update versus restart state | Accepted. Section 17 specifies drain before root replacement and a restart matrix. Root restarts cancel unconsumed memory-only requests. Consumed permits with missing evidence remain Unknown and never replay. Other components can reconcile only state still retained by the authority. |
| Opus 3, low: mixed-phone version selection | Accepted. Separate per-channel envelopes from one immutable action contract. Select a safe contract maximizing eligible recipients; break ties by version. Recheck each device's actual support. |
| K3 2, low: last-phone revocation | Accepted. Keep pending requests when an implemented local approval surface remains. A hypothetical future local path does not count. Native dialogs retain their own local behavior. |

No new biometrics, forced pairing, command restrictions, payload persistence, or forced command termination was adopted. Recurring authorization for updates remains a feasibility result that requires consultation if unavoidable. Draining shows its blockers and can be deferred; no forced update deadline was introduced.
