Opus:
- F1 accepted. Capture observable target timeout/default effects, show them separately from Remozio expiry, and distinguish observed auto-resolution from unexplained disappearance. Ticking alone does not invalidate a request. Do not change response windows or target defaults.
- F2 accepted. Revocation removes the selected phone's authority while other enrolled phones retain pending requests. Cancel when no authorized phone remains. Serialize revocation with consumption and test two-phone behavior.
- Clarified the sudoers feasibility gate: present evidence and obtain the user's choice before selecting the policy integration. No current policy choice is silently made.

Revision 5 implements these corrections. No new UX restrictions, confirmations, or biometric requirements were added.
