# Round 31 disposition: revision 37 ADB bridge

Pioneer `zai/glm-5.3` and `kimi-code/k3-256k` both completed focused exact-text reviews of the same revision 37 changed-clause bundle, with exit 0 and nonempty reports (`round-31-glm.md`, `round-31-kimi.md`). Neither found a substantive flaw in the serialized install ledger, atomic audit events, retention, later package observations, or admission-policy granularity.

Both noted a minor wording mismatch: the admission text mentions per-session versus per-install confirmation while the policy also offers unattended Ready mode. This is an unresolved policy choice, not an implicit adoption of either option. Both also noted that refused concurrent install attempts do not appear in the start/terminal audit; the accepted audit scope currently covers admitted operations, and the implementation should decide whether to add refusal metadata when defining operational diagnostics. No change to the reviewed mechanism was required.

Coverage is limited to the supplied section 19 clauses. Earlier K3 and Opus full-plan plus cumulative GLM coverage established revision 29 approval-plan convergence; the new ADB bridge has not received another full-plan convergence claim. Android 17 service/discovery behavior, Access WebSockets, local ADB client isolation, and phone admission UX remain implementation gates.
