# Round 30 disposition: revision 36 ADB bridge

Both Pioneer models completed focused exact-text reviews: `round-30-glm.md` and `round-30-kimi.md`. They agreed that the Mac-side operation ledger needed an atomic conditional terminal close, a single serialized admission owner, and an audit start event coupled to the pre-dispatch record. They also found that replay could be too late, open records could expire, detailed evidence could disappear before later comparisons, late/malformed responses were underspecified, and the phone admission choice did not say whether it applied per session or per install. GLM identified missing crash-window acceptance cases.

Revision 37 gives one bridge service ownership of the operation ledger. It serializes admission and allows one open install per phone; writes the open record and start audit event before dispatch in one transaction; closes terminal state and audit event with a conditional transaction; closes orphaned open operations before serving status after restart; and classifies malformed or late responses conservatively. Open records do not expire. Closed operation detail has bounded retention; minimal terminal metadata follows the section 10 audit-retention policy. Later package observations are displayed without changing a historical command result. The pending phone admission decision now explicitly includes per-session versus per-install granularity, applied consistently to subsequent installs. Acceptance adds the missing crash and race windows. Focused review of revision 37 remains pending.
