# Round 29 disposition: revision 35 ADB bridge

Pioneer Kimi K3 completed a focused section 19 review (`round-29-kimi.md`) and found three lifecycle gaps. Pioneer GLM-5.3's attempt ended without a final report (`REVIEW_REPORT_MISSING`) and is not counted as a clean review.

Revision 36 persists an open operation before dispatch and closes orphaned operations as unknown on command/service startup before new installs. Terminal state and the metadata-only audit event are committed together or the event is replayed from durable state before admission. The first durable terminal state wins, so teardown cannot overwrite an already acknowledged result. A later user-requested deploy follows the as-yet-unselected phone admission policy rather than assuming an exemption from phone confirmation. Acceptance now covers crash, audit replay, and teardown/response races. Focused follow-up reviews are pending.
