# Round 27 disposition: revision 33 ADB bridge

Both requested Pioneer models completed focused reviews of the exact-text section 19 bundle. GLM-5.3 reported no substantive finding; its note about indistinguishable identical reinstalls is preserved in `round-27-glm.md`. Kimi K3 reported one substantive outcome-classification error and one reconciliation-trigger gap in `round-27-kimi.md`.

Revision 34 narrows all later package-state reports to what can be observed. A current package matching the expected artifact is reported as **desired package state verified**, without claiming that the interrupted command received acknowledgment. An unchanged prior state is reported as **requested state not applied** only when the expected and prior states differ. A third state, identical expected/prior states, and inconclusive checks retain **operation outcome unknown**. A third state may result from an external update and never produces downgrade advice.

The revision also runs operation-scoped reconciliation for every interrupted or timed-out install on a new paired ADB session, before another install to that package. The acceptance cases cover expected, prior, external, identical and unavailable states. A focused follow-up review of these exact clauses is pending; no convergence claim is made here.
