K3 and Opus each completed a full-plan review with exit 0 and a nonempty no-findings report. GLM completed the changed scopes; the exact-text coverage manifest accounts for all 18 sections using successful overlapping reviews and unchanged earlier text. Truncated and nonzero attempts are excluded.

No further substantive correction was required. This is plan-review convergence, not proof of platform feasibility or a security certification.

The migration ceremony remains pending user choice. No extra biometric, confirmation, recurring online check, or forced re-pairing was adopted. Idle interval and audit retention also remain declared product decisions.
