K3 completed a clean full-plan review. GLM completed its scope cleanly. Opus found two issues in the new recovery text. All processes exited zero with nonempty reports. Earlier pending K3 results have also completed cleanly.

## Opus 1: distinguish audit continuity from authority rollback

Accepted. Revision 26 chooses one explicit model: per-action crash-consistent local journal/checkpoint commits, with witness anchoring at epoch creation and trust/floor/replay-control changes. It does not require per-action witness writes or claim complete detection of audit-only truncation.

Authority continuity and writer ownership remain required. Historical audit/ledger loss alone recovers automatically into a new epoch with visible loss and Unknown outcomes. Memory-only pending requests are never restored; fresh challenges and consumed-state handling prevent replay. Live recovery retires pending requests and reconciles or quiesces permits without killing or retrying dispatched work. Sections 12, 16 and 17 now state this same model.

## Opus 2: routine interrupted commits must recover automatically

Accepted. Revision 26 distinguishes deterministic protocol recovery from genuine mismatch or an unresolvable state. Pre-dispatch interruption resolves automatically with no action dispatched; possible post-dispatch interruption remains consumed and Unknown unless verified. Only real unresolved ownership or authority problems require the existing repair path. Tests require automatic recovery at every resolvable commit boundary.

This avoids potential UX costs identified in the review. No new manual step, biometric, recurring check, or migration ceremony has been adopted.
