# Round 17 disposition

Input: revision 23, SHA-256 `50be3519488faaf326f0b44a7c951847794bc361eb7810fea79cdc9a2b0c3503`.

Opus completed the full plan with no substantive findings. GLM completed the changed scope cleanly; exact-text coverage included all 18 sections. K3 completed with two substantive audit findings. All processes exited zero with nonempty reports.

## K3 1: writer ownership after head mismatch

Accepted. Revision 24 explicitly requires an OS-held exclusive writer lock, protected stable identity, and transactional state transitions. Head mismatch stops writes and closes new admission. A fresh epoch is created only after validated exclusive ownership and ledger continuity. Automatic recovery requires proof; uncertain recovery uses the existing repair path. Already-dispatched work is not killed or retried.

## K3 2: trust generation in audit batches

Accepted. The batch field is now explicitly the immutable epoch-creation trust generation. Every batch matches its authenticated epoch header. Normal trust updates do not rewrite it. It is descriptive metadata, never a claim about current authority; the channel and authority identity remain separately verified. This avoids divergent Swift/Kotlin interpretations without resetting history on revocation.

## Opus non-blocking note

An authenticated prior-head link cannot prove no later events existed. Existing text already prohibits claiming continuous history without evidence. No requirement change is needed; the note is retained as an implementation caution.

Normal UX is unchanged. The pending migration preference and platform gates remain open.
