# Round 12 review — GLM (sections 1, 2, 12, 13, 14)

Checked the revision 18 text independently against the binding UX contract, the internal consistency of the scoped sections, and the round-11 disposition.

Disposition verification:
- K3 1 (audit closed classes): faithfully incorporated in §12 — closed action/scope metadata classes, raw bound values excluded from journal and cache, full scope memory-only.
- K3 2 (remote routing recovery): faithfully incorporated in §14 — phone-side Automatic/At my Mac/Away under a distinct signed routing-control purpose with operation ID, challenge, expiry, and expected-revision compare-and-set; idempotent retries; conflict returns current mode; persistent manual modes with no auto-expiry; no extra biometric.
- Gateway mapping and cloudflared items live outside the scoped sections; not assessed here.

Consistency spot-checks that passed:
- §1 biometric table matches the binding UX exactly (no biometrics for allow-once/deny-once/cancel; every reusable rule including session/timed; one biometric for commands and 1Password).
- §12 atomic consumption+journal commit, unknown-outcome-on-lost-write, and no second execution authority are mutually consistent, including crash-between-commit-and-dispatch.
- §13 keeps Remozio authorization expiry, target expiry, and the Mac's monotonic deadline distinct; pre-dispatch revalidation covers the biometric-open race; refresh cannot revive expired authority.
- §14 handoff rules don't conflict with §13 (presence changes never invalidate an open biometric operation; expiry rules still govern); racing local/phone decisions consume once; locked/dark overrides activity; unknown brightness is not treated as dark; degraded detection fails open for delivery only, never for authorization.
- Routing controls grant no action authority, cannot alter enrollment/scope/expiry/biometric policy, and no scoped correction adds confirmations, forced re-pairing, physical access, or extra biometrics.

No substantive actionable defects found in the scoped sections.
